Southcliff Apartments - What's Included

What's included? Apartments have crisp cotton bedlinen, feather and down pillows and duvets (non-feather available on request), 2 hand and 2 bath towels (additional bale of towels available on request at £10), tea towels, hairdryer, clock radio, TV/DVD, WiFi, ipod dock. White Company welcome toiletries. Selection of DVDs, holiday reading and family board games.

Cleaning prior to and at the end of your stay is included. Overseas guests are welcome to borrow our English cell phone.

Main bedrooms have king size beds. Electricity/gas central heating and all taxes/VAT included.

Welcome tray with bottle of wine.

For Children: Free use of travel cot (please bring your own bedding) and high chair if requested in advance, selection of children's dvds, books and games. There is room in the hallway for a buggy. A croquet set is available for games in the garden and let us know if you would like to borrow the barbecue.

Use of sofa bed with bedding (Bay View, Lookout and Castaway), or guest bed (Priory Penthouse) at £25 per week.

Kitchens have full size gas cooker, compact dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, hoover, Kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment, tea pot, cafeteire, tea towel, oven gloves and to start you off a couple of dishwasher tablets, a little washing up liquid etc for your first couple of days. There is a tumble dryer in The Lookout, Bay View, Castaway Apartment.

Bathrooms have bath and over bath shower, (walk in shower in The Castaway Apartment).

Parking is to the side of the apartments on Windsor Crescent, or in one of the side streets. It is free and there are no restrictions - you can see your car from your apartment window.

 

Check-in is from 2.30pm, check-out is 10.30 a.m., or by arrangement - if you need to arrive earlier/leave later we will do your best to accommodate you.
