Check-in is from 2.30 p.m. If you need to arrive earlier or wish to drop off your bags, just let us know as we may be able to
make arrangements for this.
Check-out is 10.30 a.m. The Apartments book Saturday to Saturday. During winter months we offer short breaks and The Captain's Cabin has flexible booking dates throughout the year. Once we receive your deposit
we will send you confirmation either by email or by post, with further arrival details and a map.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are per apartment per week (apart from short breaks as stated). We require a £300 per week non-refundable deposit payable
on-line, by uk cheque or bank transfer, with the balance payable by cash or uk cheque or bank transfer 6 weeks before arrival.) If you wish to Cancel: When you make your booking and we have received
the required deposit to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable; you remain
liable to pay in full for all of your booking even if you are unable to take your holiday. Even where you have not paid in full at the time of
cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost. If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first
opportunity so that we can attempt to re-let your apartment and minimise your loss (we may choose to offer the apartment at a discounted rate);
if we are able to re-let you apartment we may refund your deposit less any discount we offered and less a 20% admin fee. We strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance to protect yourself against possible loss.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage inccured on the premises; you may wish to take out holiday insurance.
If We Need to Cancel
We would only cancel your booking reluctantly and in the event of unforseen circumstances. We would attempt
to offer you alternative accommodation but if this was not possible or acceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you;
our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Children are most welcome, but please be safety aware, for example there may be cleaning products in the apartment, ornaments with sharp edges and
large opening windows.
We do not accept bookings for Hen/Stag Parties.
Bathrooms have a walk in shower.
Southcliff Apartments are strictly No-smoking.
Car parking is free, and because we are in a quiet residential area we are
delighted to say there are no restrictions on parking - guests usually park to the side of the apartments on Windsor Crescent, or on one of the
Minor breakages such as a plate or cup will not be charged, but we do charge for avoidable damage such as iron burns or
ink on sofas or if breakages are to items of high value.
Bringing a dog?
A great place for dogs with lovely beach walks and lots of fresh air!
The Bay View apartment has a shared hallway – dogs can not be left unattended here or in the garden - please ensure you are happy with this situation before you book.
- Please do not allow your dog on the bed or sofa as these are difficult to clean properly for future guests who may have allergies. (Please ask us if you require a throw)
- Please do not allow your dog to be unattended in the shared hallway – we have elderly people and toddlers walking through on their way to other apartments who may be intimidated, and your dog may wander
upstairs or escape through the front door.
- Please do not leave your dog if she/he barks – we feel this is unfair to the dog and to the other apartment guests. We reserve the right to ask you to leave (without compensation) if your dog is a nuisance to other guests.
- Please do not allow your dog to foul in the garden even if you pick it up as young children play there. Your dog should be kept under close control at all times as other guests use the garden.
